Kompetenslyftet gives e-commerce professionals real AI and tech skills. You learn by working next to people who use these tools every day, in their own businesses. Founders and practitioners open up their playbooks. You work through their real cases, test what they use, and build your own tool by the end.

The five core topics

1. AI at the strategic level

Our first guest is a CEO of a large e-commerce business that breaks down how AI shapes strategy, not just single tools.

2. Running lean with AI

A leader of a smaller e-commerce business will join us to share practical ways to use AI without a big team or budget.

3. Building with AI, agency side

A CEO from a digital media agency will show how he uses AI to run his own business and his clients’ businesses.

4. AI on the ground

An e-commerce employee walks through the tools and workflows they use every day.

5. AI Hackathon

A half day of hands-on building. This is where participants turn what they learned into something real: a prototype, a workflow, a tool for their own business.
