About the role
We are looking for a dedicated person to develop and manage our digital community for e-commerce companies, both in Sweden and internationally. You will build strong relationships with our members and create an environment where members connect, collaborate, and support each other. The role also involves organizing 1-2 digital events per month and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming online community. This is a part-time position (20%), can be performed from any location, starting in spring 2026, and offers significant responsibility in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Main responsibilities
- Create and maintain an engaging digital community within the e-commerce industry.
- Plan and organize 1-2 digital events per month.
- Follow up with members to strengthen engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight content and activities that engage the community.
- Contribute to promoting E-commerce Park’s value proposition digitally, both nationally and internationally.
We are looking for
- Creative, communicative, and comfortable with digital interaction.
- Interested in e-commerce, startups, or tech.
- Independent, proactive, and able to drive projects from idea to implementation.
- Able to work independently and think strategically.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Qualifications
It is meritorious if you have experience in community management or digital events, an established network within e-commerce, tech, or digital platforms, as well as experience with international collaborations. Experience working in organizations involved in EU projects or regional development is also considered an advantage.

Scope & start
Part-time (20%), starting spring 2026. Based in Helsingborg, with the possibility to work remotely if you are not located nearby. Permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
