Talk to your customers
– The simplest and most powerful growth strategy. Direct feedback beats guessing every time.
Delegate and trust – even if it goes wrong
– You can’t grow if you don’t let go. Hiring mistakes are part of the journey.
There is no perfect platform
– Stop wasting time searching for the “best” tool. Use what’s good enough and keep moving.
Raise money if it helps you move faster
– Capital is a tool. If it helps you accelerate, use it.
Minimize choices – just decide
– Overanalyzing slows you down. Make a decision and move forward.
Test new products – you don’t need to have them in stock
– You can validate ideas quickly and cheaply. Test demand before investing fully.
One thing that really stuck with us: “Nothing will ever be perfect.” And that’s okay.
