For the first time, we are joining forces with IKEA to host a morning that will set the tone for the future of e-commerce. The theme of the day is AI and sustainability. We will explore how these two factors, and new ways of engaging with customers, are shaping the industry.

The half-day will be packed with inspiration and practical insights, combining keynotes with interactive discussions and breakout sessions. Representing IKEAMalin Cleverdal will introduce a new platform focused on the secondhand market, while Dr.Prajnajit Mohanty will explore how AI is transforming its use across IKEA Sweden. In addition, we have more exciting speakers on board, including Josefin Runquist from Inimini.se and Manuel Lemholt Berger from nimt.ai. The focus will be on the questions that many e-commerce professionals are facing today.

This event is part of the DigiScale project, with support from the EU. DigiScale is a training program with the purpose of helping small businesses grow digitally and become more competitive.

Through practical workshops and tailored guidance in areas such as e-commerce, social media, search engine optimization, AI tools, and circularity, participants gain the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen their digital presence and sales, while also integrating sustainability perspectives.The project is carried out in collaboration with local municipalities and business organizations to reach a wide target group. The expected result is that 75 companies in the region will strengthen their digital capacity, achieve sustainable growth, and become better equipped to compete both nationally and internationally.
